Thomas Alho Antunes

Thomas Alho Antunes advises on all aspects of business law, both as counsel and litigator, before civil and commercial courts. With his solid experience, he assists companies, their directors and shareholders on a daily basis in managing and resolving (through amicable or contentious means) the legal issues associated with corporate life.

He devotes a large part of his activity to dealing with companies in difficulty, a field in which he is a specialist (Diploma of DU Droit des entreprises en difficulté, Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne), intervening very regularly in preventive procedures (mandat ad'hoc; conciliation), collective procedures (sauvegarde; redressement judiciaire; liquidation judiciaire), as well as all litigation linked to this speciality (in particular personal liability and/or patrimonial proceedings).

He regularly works with the various players involved in these types of cases (courts, receivers, court-appointed agents, auditing and consulting firms, chartered accountants, etc.), and has acquired considerable experience in managing crisis situations.

After joining CAHN AVOCATS in 2009 as an associate, he was sworn in as a member of the Paris Bar on December 6, 2012 and has been practicing as an attorney ever since.‍
