Sarah Mincel

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2013, Sarah MINCEL holds a Master II in Tax Law (Université Paris V - Descartes) and a Master II in Private and Professional Wealth Management (Université Paris II - Panthéon Assas).

Before joining Cahn Wilson, she worked for several years at Fidal, where she worked with French and foreign clients. Sarah specializes in taxation, advising companies on their day-to-day tax management and restructuring operations, and in structuring the acquisition and transfer of private and professional assets, both movable and immovable.

She has also developed expertise in art market taxation. Drawing on her experience working with a former member of the tax authorities, and her awareness of the constant and complex evolution of taxation, she assists clients with tax audits and disputes. She also assists clients in establishing and monitoring their tax obligations. Sarah is a member of the Institut Art et Droit
