Admitted to the Paris Bar since 2005, Nathalie Malazdra has over 20 years of experience in business law. Trained in business law (DEA in Business Law, Paris I) and intellectual property law (DESS in Digital Law, Paris I – Paris XI), she advises and represents companies (start-ups, SMEs, family offices) and their executives, both in advisory matters and in litigation.
She began her career at Cahen & Associés alongside Bernard Cahen, before joining other firms, notably Brunswick & Associés, and setting up her own practice in 2012.
She advises her clients with a rigorous and pragmatic approach on their day-to-day legal matters, such as commercial contracts, as well as on complex and strategic transactions, including capital operations, restructurings and external growth.
Her litigation practice covers shareholder disputes, civil and commercial liability, contractual disputes, and conflicts arising from business relationships and their termination. She acts at all stages of disputes, from risk assessment and the definition of litigation strategy to representation before the competent courts, both state and arbitral, while favoring alternative dispute resolution methods where appropriate.
Her practice is driven by a constant commitment to clarity, responsiveness and strategic thinking, with a focus on providing solutions tailored to the legal and economic challenges of each case.
In 2025, she joined the firm Cahn Wilson as a partner.
